PRETORIA - The Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Nobuhle Nkabane, has congratulated 17-year-old Mongiwa Hazel Ntuli on her remarkable achievement of obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Pretoria.
